𧩠GGI Add-ons · Overview
The GGI Handbook enables organisations to build and sustain their OSPO. In 2026, we investigate strategic extensions that reinforce and complement the governance framework:
π Add-on: Strategic Value & Metrics
- Problem: open source strategy survives only if business value is visible.
- Goals:
- Identify strategic alignment with your organization,
- Define metrics & ROI frameworks that justify and sustain OSPO investment,
- Framework & HR Case π
π‘οΈ Add-on: Digital Sovereignty & Resilience π
- Problem: international events reinforce the need for digital independence and operational resilience.
- Goals:
- Identify what organizations can control and should pursue for their operations continuity,
- Measure and minimize dependencies.
π€ Add-on: Augmented OSPO - FAQ Beta π
- Problem: OSPO teams need to spend more time on impactful activities while keeping sustained efforts on repetitive ones.
- Goals:
- Help minimize repetitive tasks and evaluate how some automation can amplify OSPO effectiveness,
- Prototype the FAQ as a common public good.
